HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE SPREADS CHEER AND SERVICE
TFAS welcomed in the holiday season on Tuesday, December 2 with its annual Holiday Open House.
Over 200 alumni, donors, supporters and friends gathered at TFAS Headquarters in Washington for the event. The D.C. area alumni made an impressive showing with 74 alumni attendees.
“It was great to see so many alumni at the party,” said Special Programs Assistant for U.S. Programs Patricia Nichols (P 05). “In addition to celebrating the holidays, the annual open house also gives alumni the opportunity to network with each other as well as donors, staff and TFAS associates.”
In the spirit of giving, the holiday party traditionally supports a local charity. This year’s open house collected new children’s scarves, hats and mittens to benefit students at Ross Elementary School in N.W. Washington.
The annual get together provides a great opportunity for friends to reflect on the passing year and celebrate the relationships and accomplishments established through TFAS.
