ABOUT
Welcome to the Eben Tisdale Fellowship. We welcome your interest and participation in our program, which we believe offers outstanding opportunities for students to learn about high tech public policy issues with hands-on experience in Washington, D.C.
The Fellowship has two components: a full-time 8 week public policy internship with a high-tech company, firm or trade association, and weekly issues seminar lunches hosted by Tisdale sponsors. The Fellowship offers a $5,000 scholarship to graduate or undergraduate students who are accepted. There is an optional opportunity for undergraduate students to also earn academic credit through George Mason University as a part of The Fund for American Studies’ Institute on Business and Government Affairs program, see Program Components for further information.

“I had a blast this summer. I loved the nature of my job, I loved the place where I worked and the people with whom I worked, and I love DC. I remember being so excited to be here during my first few weeks…and this attitude never soured. I cannot think of a better way to spend the summer learning about the private-industry sector in Washington DC than to be a Tisdale Fellow. You will be matched with high-quality tech organizations that take seriously the mission of the Fellowship. I highly recommend this program.” Joel Mehler ’08, Stanford University Business Software Alliance Intern
